Carlo is an executive coach, facilitator, and trainer. He is also affiliate professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe in Turin, London and Paris since 2006. He founded Facilitation Zone in September 2011, and got the ISO 9001:2015 EA 35,37 certification in 2015. The projects he manages for his clients range from Culture Management, Training & Development and Executive/Team Coaching. His clients are spread across most sectors and European countries. Carlo works in English, French and Italian. Previously, Carlo worked for several years at McKinsey & Company in the Banking, Oil & Gas, Power, Media & Entertainment, Telecom and Travel & Logistic sectors. His work mainly involved strategy, organisation, turn-around and business development. Before joining McKinsey, Carlo worked as a Lieutenant for the Guardia di Finanza, “a military police corps” responsible for fiscal crimes. Carlo also spent a period of time as a professional actor in theatres. Carlo holds an MSc in Statistics and Economics from the University of Rome, an MBA from INSEAD (France, Singapore), an MA in Counseling and Expressive Art Therapy from ASPIC (Rome), and is a Newfield Certified Coach (Colorado USA). Born in Italy, Carlo has lived, worked and travelled all over the world. In his spare time Carlo enjoys learning piano and pursuing his passion in theatre and music.

Deborah is a Canadian executive coach specialized in top team alignment and culture transformation within global organisations. She has a unique 16 year background in front line financial services. Deborah is also an accredited facilitator for transformation for McKinsey & Company. She has lived, studied or worked in the US, Canada, Switzerland, France, Spain, Brazil, South Africa and the UK. She has a passion for languages and is fluent in French and Spanish and has basic Portuguese. Deborah has been working in corporate finance (6 years) and investment and equity sales for Morgan Stanley, first in New York and then London, later joining Frank Russell and subsequently Oppenheimer (now CIBC) (total of 10 years). After some re-training, Deborah joined Senn-Delaney Leadership Consulting Group where she managed global, multi-lingual corporate culture change programmes before founding, in 2001, Centre for Inspired Leadership, an organisation offering highly skilled independent coaches and facilitators an opportunity to work collaboratively on large culture shaping assignments. In 2002 Deborah founded the London based Leadership and Consciousness in Business Symposia series, facilitating discussions among global business thought leaders on the topic of balancing multiple stakeholder needs and values. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys skiing, sailing, tennis, hiking, entertaining, theatre and opera.
Luciano is an executive coach and facilitator who has been an Agent of Transformation and Change for the last 20 years, particularly focused on developing those organizations which invest in the potential of their people. He is focused on supporting them in the search for innovative solutions and a tangible improvement in their performance. Luciano worked in several international contexts both in Italy and abroad. Among others business experiences, he was in charge of Human Resources in Johnson & Johnson and Volkswagen group. He was also responsible for the J&J EMEA Finance Leadership Council, for Global M&A and for others international teams. He has extensive experience in effective management leadership, working with Senior Executives in Italy, Europe and the US, acting as agent of Innovation & Change both in personal and company transitional situations (start up, M&A, change management). As a partner he likes to support the client in going beyond the explored and seeing things from different perspectives, so that creativity and innovation are translated into reality. He has a MSc in Creativity & Innovation from the International Center for Studies in Creativity Buffalo State College, State University of New York. He has also received the PCC certification (ICF) and global certification in Coaching Clinic (for the facilitation of managerial coaching in organizations) and the Licensed Executive Team Alignment Certification for effective team management. Alison is an executive coach, trainer and facilitator. At Facilitation Zone Alison leads our London office. She is currently working with a range of clients locally and internationally from sectors including financial services, design, academia and IT. Previously she worked as a consultant and project manager in the transport industry in both the public and private sectors in New Zealand and the UK. She has run extensive change management, consultation, and stakeholder engagement programmes. Alison has worked with a range of organisations including large companies, local and regional government authorities, SMEs, developers, hospitals, educational institutions and local communities. Alison holds a BA in Geography and English Literature from the University of Auckland and has completed the Newfield accredited coach training programme in Ontological Coaching. Vancouver-born Alison is passionate about the outdoors and can be found sharing her favourite mountainous and oceanic pursuits in her spare time with her husband and two sons - usually kayaking, swimming or skiing.
Yannick is an executive coach and facilitator. Her core business is personal development, change and growth, providing to teams and companies the 'transitional space' where that change can happen, an environment that is both challenging and safe. In her working with teams she focusses on the deeper - usually emotional - layers that prevent teams to move on. Andrea Masini is a facilitator and expert in strategic planning. He is Associate Dean of HEC Paris, in charge of the MBA program, since January 2016. In HEC, he is also Associate Professor in the Operations Management and Information Technology Department . He has authored numerous articles for academic and practitioner-oriented journals, including M&SOM, the Journal of Operations Management, Industrial and Corporate Change and Energy Policy. He teaches courses on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Technology Strategy at the MBA, executive as well as at the PhD level, and has received numerous awards for outstanding teaching performance. He advises private and public-sector organisations on themes related to operations strategy, process optimisation and technological innovation. Prior to joining HEC Paris, Andrea was Assistant Professor of Operations and Technology Management at the London Business School. He has a background in mechanical engineering and environmental management and holds a PhD in technology management from INSEAD, France.
Pilar is an executive coach and Facilitator with a strong business background. With an MBA from SDA Bocconi University (Italy, 1998), Pilar has been in the business world for more than 20 years. She has been in Italy for the past 15 years concentrating her efforts in the executive coaching field as well as strategic management consulting. Her primary purpose is to work with leaders and teams in order to make a difference in the way results can be achieved. Edith is a French facilitator, trainer and a specialist in team coaching. She is also currently an affiliate professor of Event Management and Organizational Behavior at Toulouse Business School. She uses innovating coaching approaches such as Clean Language, Systemic Modelling and Narratology. Considering experiential learning as one of the most powerful paths to transformation, she also introduces serious games and gaming principles in her facilitation.She advises organizations on organizational design improvement and team efficiency based on trust. Prior to intervening in organizations and among teams, Edith was Head of congress venues development for the leader in event industry GL events, and Head of a management school for IGS Group in Toulouse. Fabio is a corporate trainer, facilitator and coach. He is also Professor at the Rome Business School, where he teaches in the areas of Human Resource Management, Leadership and Communication for both Master in HR and MBA programs. Fabio trained both young and experienced professionals from European, African, North and South American companies on topics such as Managing People, Leadership, Communication, Effective Presentation, Business Analysis, Effective Meetings. Prior to this, Fabio spent nine years working for Accenture serving as team leader, account manager and program manager for Italian, French and German clients. His work spread across wide international industries including no-profit, education, pharmaceutical and telecommunication. He has also co-founded the ALB Foundation, a non-profit organization offering fellowships to African citizens for completion of International MBA programs. Fabio holds a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Engineering from University of Roma Tre and obtained his International MBA at the IE Business School. Chiara is a facilitator and expert of team dynamics. She is working with leadership teams and managers of international multinational companies since 2007. She is also Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe since September 2009 and she is Academic Director of the Bachelor in Management (BIM) for the Turin campus.
Her passions are learning innovations and leadership development. She is born in Milan and she moved to Switzerland to study and complete her Ph.D. In fact, for five years, she had the opportunity to travel and to study learning methodologies among higher education institutions in Europe and in the corporate world in the US, in Australia and of course in Italian companies.
